(1) What are the requirements for my first application for the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificate for Military Service?

(4) How is it verified that a male approaching conscription age who was born abroad or departed from the R.O.C. (Taiwan) on or before December 31 of the year he turned 15 (with a record of departure from Taiwan, regardless of destination or duration of stay) has not stayed in the R.O.C. (Taiwan) for more than 183 days per year during the approaching-conscription period before meeting the conditions specified in Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certification Act?
(5) How is it determined that a male of conscription age who was born abroad or departed from the R.O.C. (Taiwan) on or before December 31 of the year he turned 15 (with a record of departure from Taiwan, regardless of destination or length of stay) has not stayed in the R.O.C. (Taiwan) for more than 183 days per year during the approaching-conscription period, and has not returned to the R.O.C. (Taiwan) after reaching conscription age until meeting the conditions specified in Article 4, Paragraph 1 of the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certification Act?
(6) My child met all three conditions — "obtaining permanent residence in the overseas residence (or holding legal residence there for four consecutive years and being eligible to extend the residence)"," "accumulated residence abroad for at least four years," and "continuous residence in the overseas residence for six months or at least eight months per year in each of the most recent two years" — before December 31 of the year he turned 15, but only applied for the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificate for Military Service at age 19. Must he still meet the requirements of 6.
