As more and more overseas travel, study, work, emigrate or take working holidays abroad, the chances of encountering emergencies and accidents increase. This can be resolved by many overseas compatriots, who are always willing to lend a helping hand to their home fellows. In order to integrate and maximize the benefits of our fellows' assistance with a systematic network, OCAC encourages overseas communities around the world to establish emergency assistance associations. In March 2026, Western Japen Taiwanese Emergency Assistance Association, located in Fukuoka, Japan, was established as the 120th member of this international network.
