As more and more overseas travel, study, work, emigrate or take working holidays abroad, the chances of encountering emergencies and accidents increase. This can be resolved by many overseas compatriots, who are always willing to lend a helping hand to their home fellows. In order to integrate and maximize the benefits of our fellows' assistance with a systematic network, OCAC encourages overseas communities around the world to establish emergency assistance associations. In December 2025, Colac Taiwanese Emergency Assistance Association, located in Victoria, Australia, was established, as the 118th member of this international network.
