In accordance with the Regulations Governing Conscription of Naturalized Citizens and Returning R.O.C. (Taiwan) Nationals Residing Overseas, implemented on September 8, 2025, overseas compatriot males subject to conscription are required to obtain exit approval before departing the R.O.C. (Taiwan).
