Taiwan is a step closer to passing its own version of the U.S. CHIPS Act in order to keep its place at the forefront of the global semiconductor industry. A delegation of U.S. defense contractors is visiting Taiwan and will attend a U.S.-Taiwan Defense Industry Forum on Wednesday. And Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has given a posthumous honor to Tseng Sheng-kuang, a Taiwanese volunteer who was killed fighting Russian forces late last year. Also:
