In mid-May, the FASCA Charlotte Chapter showcased its vibrant energy in youth diplomacy by participating in two major multicultural events, successfully promoting Taiwan's unique heritage to the mainstream community. On May 16, at the annual Charlotte Asian Festival and Dragon Boat Festival, FASCA members teamed up with the Charlotte Taiwanese American Association (CTAA) at the Taiwan Cultural Booth. They engaged visiting families with hands-on traditional crafts and delivered an energetic Santaitz (三太子) folk dance performance. The dynamic and powerful routine captivated the audience and received the highest acclaim at the festival.

Additionally, on May 14, FASCA members reached out to the local educational community by participating in the annual Multicultural Festival at Marvin Elementary School. The members set up a vibrant Taiwan booth, leaving a lasting impression on school families exploring the world with their "cultural passports" through Taiwanese music, traditional toys, and cultural introductions. FASCA members also confidently took the stage at the school's inaugural Multicultural Fashion Show and Talent Show, serving as excellent cultural ambassadors for Taiwan. Through this combination of dynamic performances and interactive cultural booths, these young volunteers successfully elevated Taiwan's cultural profile in the Greater Charlotte area.
