The mission of the Fund is to provide credit guarantee to businesses operated by overseas compatriots which possess potential, but lack of collateral to secure loans from financial institutions for facilitating their business development. On the other hand, we share the risk of our member banks' which enhance their willingness to finance the loan so as to reinforce the assistance to overseas compatriot businesses in line with the government's policies.
