（1）An original and valid R.O.C. (Taiwan) passport.
（2）An original and valid proof of residence in the place of overseas residence (e.g., a foreign passport, permanent residence care, or residence visa / permit).
（3）An original and valid Certificate of Entry and Exit Dates issued by the National Immigration Agency (Service locations: https://www.immigration.gov.tw/5475/5478/141386/127061/127076/)
The certificate must be requested for the application period from the applicant's date of birth up to the application date and must include all entries into and exits from the R.O.C. (Taiwan) made with the R.O.C. (Taiwan) passport and any foreign passports (if applicable).
If these materials still do not establish that the applicant (i) has accumulated at least four (4) years of residence abroad and (ii) has either resided continuously in the place of overseas residence for six (6) months or has resided there for at least eight (8) months per year in each of the most recent two (2) years, the applicant shall provide supplementary evidence such as entry / exit records issued by the overseas authority, flight / boarding evidence, or passport pages bearing entry / exit stamps.
