Applicants may attach a Certificate of Entry and Exit Dates issued by the National Immigration Agency, showing entry and exit records under the applicant's R.O.C. (Taiwan) passport and, where applicable, any foreign passport(s), with the application period specified as "from date of birth to date of application." However, any periods of residence in the R.O.C. (Taiwan), Mainland China, Hong Kong, or Macao must be excluded from the total.
