Pursuant to Article 9 of the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certification Act, if an Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificate is lost or damaged, a new application must be submitted. If your digital certificate file is lost, please apply to the OCAC again. The OCAC will revoke the valid certificate that was lost.
