Taipei, Oct. 21 (CNA) The 2026 Taiwan Coffee Festival in Yunlin County will bring together 170 brands, including coffee businesses from Indonesia, Japan and Vietnam, to build international ties and find new markets, the county government said Wednesday.
The festival will be held at Green Tunnel Park in Gukeng Township over two weekends, Oct. 31-Nov. 1 and Nov. 7-8, featuring coffee forums, award-winning Yunlin coffee and activities highlighting coffee cultures from around the world, the government said.
Yunlin County Magistrate Chang Li-shan (張麗善) said the event aims to connect Taiwan's coffee industry with international markets by bringing local and overseas brands together to share expertise and explore business opportunities.
The festival will also feature a "central Taiwan coffee map" linking coffee shops in Taichung, Nantou, Changhua, Yunlin and Chiayi, the county government said.
Visitors can collect digital stamps at participating coffee shops and nearby attractions, extending the festival beyond the main venue, it said.
