To strengthen communication and exchange with young entrepreneurs overseas, revive and encourage constructive interaction between business leaders both based in Taiwan and abroad, increase greater understanding of global economic trending and the status of industrial development in Taiwan and future growth prospects, while intensifying more networking between entrepreneurs of various business communities to bolster their support and emotional connection with Taiwan, the 2016 Young Entrepreneur Program was held between January 18 and 23, 2016.  The itinerary included participation in the 2016 CommonWealth Economic Forum, and visits to LVD Int'l Light & Energy Corp, Chenbro Micom Co., Ltd, Digimax Inc., and Taiwan External Trade Development Council. A business-building partnership forum where the young entrepreneurs exchanged opinions and discussed possible business alliances was also hosted. 10 top-performing businesses based in Taiwan - featured in Entrepreneurship A+ Action Program - were invited to grace the program and discuss potential cooperation projects with the overseas entrepreneurs.  What was more, the successors of Taiwan's renowned businesses engaged in an exciting and productive exchange with the participating entrepreneurs on global trending in cross-border e-commerce. Participants unanimously said that the trip was edifying and helpful, and expressed high hopes that it would lead to more trans-pacific cooperation for mutual growth.
