1、If your place of overseas residence has not changed, please submit an original and valid R.O.C. (Taiwan) passport and an original and valid proof of residence in your overseas location, such as a foreign passport, permanent residence card, or residence visa/permit.

2、For those residing in a country without a permanent residence system, please provide a valid residence permit showing continuous residence for four (4) years counting backward from the application date.
For those residing in a country with a permanent residence system but where obtaining permanent residence is difficult, please provide a residence permit in accordance with the list announced by the OCAC (URL: https://www.ocac.gov.tw/OCAC/Eng/Pages/VDetail.aspx?nodeid=340&pid=903).
Because the conditions of accumulated residence abroad for four (4) years and continuous residence in the place of overseas residence for six (6) months were examined when the Overseas Compatriot Identity Endorsement was issued, you do not need to submit the National Immigration Agency's Certificate of Entry and Exit Dates.
