１、If the proof of residence document is not in English (for example, a Thai Permanent Residence Card written in Thai or a Malaysian Permanent Residence Card written in Malay), please provide a Mandarin translation to facilitate the review process. The translator must sign the Mandarin translation and include a statement reading "The translation is consistent with the original content."
２、The Mandarin translation does not need to be verified by an R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas mission.
