1.Yes. The applicant may provide copies of the R.O.C. (Taiwan) passport, Overseas Compatriot Identity Endorsement page, and proof of residence in the overseas location, all verified by an R.O.C. (Taiwan) overseas mission.
The verification page must be the original, and the power of attorney (available for download from the OCAC website: https://www.ocac.gov.tw/OCAC/Pages/VDetail.aspx?nodeid=1468&pid=9429) must be personally signed by the applicant.
These documents, along with the original verification page, shall be submitted by the authorized representative to the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC). The representative must present his or her identification documents when submitting the application.
