Tender Informaion

1.Description of the procurement:
  Dealing with archived files opertions: including checking, Electronic documents cataloging, Paper documents scanning, making covers, drilling, binding, and printing file box catalogs and labeling each box.

2.Specification and Quantity of the procurement:
  (1)Paper documents: about 35,000 pieces (about 2,900 pieces per month).
  (2) Electronic documents: about 23,000 pieces (about 1,900 pieces per month).
  (3) Scanning: about 665,000 pages (about 55,000 pages per month).
  (4) Paper documents binding: about 2,300 rolls.
