4.Contract Completion Date：
  [1] The successful bidder shall submit the design artwork for review within 3 working days from the award date. After approval, 5 single-sheet samples shall be delivered within 5 working days, and production may begin only after telephone or written notice from the Entity.
  [2] Delivery deadline：Delivery shall be made in 3 batches: 10,000 sheets by February 12, 2026; 90,000 sheets by March 31, 2026; and 100,000 sheets by April 30, 2026.
