In response to domestic talent needs, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) continues to assist overseas compatriot students in job matching with com-panies. The OCAC has commissioned 104 Job Bank to es-tablish the "Career All Pass" website, which provides over 15,000 job openings per month online. These in-clude part-time and internship opportunities, offering more choices for students currently studying or about to graduate.

The OCAC points out that, based on observations, the number of job openings offered by domestic companies to overseas compatriot students has increased year by year, indicating a growing demand from local companies for overseas talent. Therefore, the OCAC will hold 3 expos to assist overseas compatriot students find job opportunities in Taiwan! Additionally, the OCAC mentions that apart from compa-ny recruitment, highly popular events such as resume writing workshops, interview techniques seminars, and graduates sharing sessions will continue to be held. This year, professional headhunters have been invited to assist overseas compatriot students who have gradu-ated 2-5 years and are planning to change careers, helping them understand industry demands and career paths. Moreover, " Career Workshops" will be held on-site in small groups to provide career guidance and inspiration. As the number of spots is limited, inter-ested overseas compatriot students are encouraged to sign up quickly on the event website!

The OCAC welcomes all overseas compatriot students in Taiwan to actively participate in the expo and find their ideal job openings!
