On December 13, 2025, the San Diego and Riverside chapters of the Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA) held a joint December Monthly Meeting at the Culture Center of Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Los Angeles (El Monte). The cross-chapter gathering offered members an opportunity to connect, celebrate the holiday season, and strengthen relationships through shared activities and collaboration.

The event featured a warm and energetic atmosphere as members from both chapters interacted throughout the evening. Participants showcased their talents and creativity, contributing to a lively program that fostered mutual appreciation and camaraderie. Members also enjoyed a generous variety of food prepared by the FASCA Riverside chapter, whose hospitality added to the festive spirit of the gathering.

The meeting included icebreaker activities that encouraged conversation and exchange among members, as well as a White Elephant gift exchange that brought laughter, excitement, and lighthearted moments to the evening.

Jane Chung, the Director of Culture Center in Los Angeles, emphasized the importance of cross-chapter exchange and global connection within FASCA. “No matter where we are in the world, FASCA is one big family,” Chung shared. “Through cross-chapter gatherings like this, members build friendships and strengthen the values of leadership, service, and cultural heritage.”

Overall, the December Monthly Meeting successfully strengthened the bond between FASCA San Diego and FASCA Riverside. Through shared experiences and enthusiastic participation, the event reinforced unity within the worldwide FASCA community and left members with lasting memories and a strong sense of belonging.
