(1) When applying in person at the service counter, please confirm that you wish to receive a digital certificate and provide your email address. The OCAC will send a verification email to the email address provided. Please complete the verification process.

(2) After your application is reviewed and approved, the OCAC will send the digital certificate as a PDF file to your email address within half a working day.

(3) To protect your personal data, please follow the instructions in the email and enter the file password to open the PDF file.
