Paper Certificate for the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificate for Military Service:
The applicant or an authorized representative may collect the certificate in person at the service counter by presenting the payment receipt. If the applicant is unable to collect the certificate in person, he or she may inform the staff at the time of application, and the OCAC may mail the certificate by registered mail to a designated address in Taiwan.

Digital Certificate for the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificate for Military Service:
When applying, please provide an email address. The OCAC will send a verification email, and the applicant must complete email address verification. The email address does not have to belong to the conscription-age male applicant. After half a working day, the OCAC will send the encrypted digital certificate to the verified email address.
