Yes. A fee of NT$200 is charged for each copy of the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificate for Military Service, payable upon collection of the certificate. Pursuant to the revised "Fee-Charging Standards for the Issuance of Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificates by the Overseas Community Affairs Council, R.O.C. (TAIWAN)" promulgated by the OCAC on March 19, 2026 (Reference: Link ), the fee for each certificate will be adjusted from NT$200 to NT$250, effective July 1, 2026.
