1、After returning to the R.O.C. (Taiwan), an Overseas Compatriot Conscription Male must, before departure, submit the following documents either electronically through the Overseas Compatriot Conscription Male – Exit Document Review Platform (URL: https://occd.moi.gov.tw/app/oversea/) or in writing to the National Immigration Agency, Ministry of the Interior.
(1)A valid R.O.C. (Taiwan) passport;
(2)A valid proof of overseas residence (such as a foreign passport, residence card, or permit);
(3)A valid Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificate for Military Service. However, if the certificate was previously uploaded or submitted during an earlier return to the R.O.C. (Taiwan) and remains valid, it does not need to be uploaded or submitted again.
(4)Proof of entry to or exit from the overseas residence within four (4) months before entry into the R.O.C. (Taiwan), such as a photocopy of passport entry / exit stamps, entry and exit records, or transportation tickets personally used by the applicant (e.g., a boarding pass).
Any one of the above documents may be submitted, but it must clearly show identifiable personal information including the name, date, and location, to verify residence in the overseas location during that period.
2、After review, apply to the National Immigration Agency for exit approval (https://www.immigration.gov.tw/5385/7244/7250/7254/16054/16490/).
