Q6. After the amendment of Regulations for the Conscription of Naturalized Citizens and Returning R.O.C. (Taiwan) Nationals Residing Overseas on September 8, 2025, how are males of conscription age (born in 2007) who have not yet completed military registration recognized as Overseas Compatriot Conscription Males?

1、Those who returned to the R.O.C. (Taiwan) before the amendment may still use their valid Overseas Compatriot Identity Endorsement as a proof for conscription registration.

2、Those who return after the amendment must use the Overseas Compatriot Identity Certificate for Military Service issued by the OCAC.
