  The scope of work for the 2026 National Game for Overseas Compatriot Students includes the comprehensive planning and management of the following:
  [1] Ceremonies and Competitions:
      •Opening Ceremony & Athlete's Night
      •Athletic Competitions: Featuring Men's 5v5 Full-court Basketball, Men's Futsal, Mixed Volleyball, as well as Badminton Team and Individual Events.
      •Closing Ceremony
  [2] Operational Logistics and Administration:
      •Promotion & Marketing: Executing event outreach and promotional campaigns.
      •Registration Management: Processing and overseeing the athlete registration system.
      •Venue Logistics: Coordinating site arrangements and facility management.
      •Insurance Procurement: Securing comprehensive insurance coverage for all participants and staff.
      •Event Collateral: Producing all printed materials and commemorative souvenirs/merchandise.
