The 2025 OCAC Seminar of Asia-Pacific Overseas Community Affairs was held from May 19 to 24, 2025. The program brought together 34 leaders of overseas compatriot organizations from 11 countries across Asia and Oceania.
During the seminar, participants engaged in experience-sharing sessions on overseas community affairs and event organization. In addition, a series of thematic lectures were arranged, covering Taiwan's foreign policy, leadership empowerment, communication skills, overseas emergency assistance, as well as financial and cyber fraud prevention.
This annual seminar aims to provide mid-level leaders in overseas communities with a deeper understanding of Taiwan's political and economic developments through official visits, lectures, and interactive discussions. It also seeks to strengthen connections among young elites from overseas communities, foster cooperation in trade, culture, and education, and promote solidarity among overseas compatriot organizations.
