To strengthen counseling services for overseas compatriot students in Taiwan regarding their studies and employment, the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) held the "2026 OCAC Overseas Compatriot Student Leader's Seminar" from October 13 to 16, bringing together nearly 100 student association leaders from universities and colleges across Taiwan.
The four-day workshop featured courses on practical student association leadership, digital security awareness, and student life counseling. It also included discussions between overseas compatriot students, the OCAC, and overseas compatriot youth, as well as cultural visits to the National Palace Museum and the Shung Ye Museum of Formosan Aborigines.
