Turkish Adviser, Overseas Community Affairs Council Zhou Ru-yi and her husband visited the Overseas Community Affairs Council on July 9th, and were received by Deputy Minister Hsu Chia-Ching. They discussed emergency relief in Turkey, Chinese schools, and Tzu Chi Foundation's rescue activities in Turkey. During the meeting, Deputy Minister Hsu also issued a certificate of appreciation to Zhou Ru-yi for her assistance in fighting the epidemic, thanking them for donating epidemic prevention materials to the Turkish people and overseas compatriots.

Deputy Minister Hsu said that in recent years, the OCAC has actively assisted in the establishment of emergency assistance associations on six continents around the world, hoping to use the power of Taiwanese to help people in need. She believes that the Turkish Emergency Assistance Association has quite a wealth of operational experience and believes it can become a model and role model for other regions.
