The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) has added a “Job Hunting and Recruitment Services Platform” to the Overseas Compatriot Student Service Community web page, to help graduating overseas compatriot students find work. For those interested in making use of this service, please access the web site and fill in a resume.
1. Firms seeking to recruit talent should detail conditions of employment eligibility and other relevant information on the “Overseas Community Affairs Council Registration Form to Help Firms Recruit Talent” and E-mail or Fax it to the Department of Student Affairs at the OCAC.
2. Graduating students should submit their qualifications and other information on the “Overseas Community Affairs Council Registration Form to Help Graduating Overseas Compatriot Students Find Work” and E-mail or Fax it to the Department of Student Affairs at the OCAC.
3. The OCAC will compile a “List of Recruiting Firms” and “List of Job Applicant Students” who access the web site which will be used to help recruiting firms and job applicant students.
4. If firms are offering internships (this should be clearly indicated in the “Notes” column of the “Registration Form to Help Firms Recruit Talent”) these should be dealt with in accordance with the regulations in the Ministry of Education’s “Operation Directions Governing Applications for Internships by Overseas Compatriot, Hong Kong and Macao, and Foreign Students after Graduating from University or College in Taiwan.” For more details on the operation of internship systems and methods of application click the “Related Recruitment Units link,” on this website and that will take you to the Ministry of Education’s “Post- Graduation Internships for Overseas Compatriot Students Section.”
5. In the event that firms find suitable applicants or overseas compatriot students find work or internships please inform the Department of Student Affairs at the OCAC so that we can register your information.

Students Looking for Work: Please first go to the “Job Hunting and Recruitment Services for Overseas Compatriot Students” section and download the “Overseas Community Affairs Council Registration Form to Help Graduating Overseas Compatriot Students Find Work.” Fill in the form, upload the Excel file and attach a scan of the file filled in and signed, for posting.
2. Firms Looking for Talent: Please first go to the “Job Hunting and Recruitment Services for Overseas Compatriot Students” section and download the “Overseas Community Affairs Council Registration Form to Help Firms Recruit Talent.” Fill in the form, upload the Word file and attach a scan of your company registration or proof of establishment, to facilitate verification.
