The Technology and Economy Forum for Taiwanese Merchants in Europe and The 2nd board meeting of the 9th Council of Taiwanese Chambers of Commerce in Europe-Junior Chapter (ETCCJC) were held in London at the end of 2019. Before the meetings, the organizer, ETCCJC, held a welcome dinner party for all distinguished guests, including Moses Shyang-Yun Cheng, Deputy Representative of Taipei Representative Office in the United Kingdom. 
Around 130 leaders of local overseas communities and young overseas compatriots attended the party. Benny Hsu, President of ETCCJC, expressed his gratitude for their presence and expected more young people to join the ETCCJC.
