Youth, aged 12 to 24 (as shown on passport), must be in good academic standing and in good health, eager to learn the Chinese language, adaptable to boarding life during the study program, currently residing outside of Taiwan, and of Chinese/Taiwanese descent in order to be eligible to apply.
