The 45th Annual Conference for Overseas Compatriots in Europe was held from July 14 to 16, 2023, in Glasgow, Scotland, UK. About 150 attendees were present. JHAO-SYONG RUAN , Deputy Minister of OCAC,was invited to attend and deliver a speech at the opening ceremony.
