New York is the biggest city in the USA. It is also a world center of finance, politics, and culture. You may name it the capital of the world. The main characteristic of the city is its racial diversity. Taiwanese, Chinese, Jewish, Italian, Korean, Indian, Hispanic, African Americans, etc. have settled here, making it like a melting pot of multiple cultures.
There are five boroughs in New York City: Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, Brooklyn and Staten Island. Famous tourist attractions such as the Empire State Building, Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum of Arts, Times Square, and Soho are located in Manhattan. Chinatown is in the south of Manhattan, and the Statue of Liberty is on the Hudson River near the southern end of Manhattan Island.
Most Chinese ethnic immigrants used to settle in Chinatown until 30 years ago. Newly Chinese ethnic immigrants have migrated to Queens and Brooklyn. Flushing of Queens has become one of the most popular places. The Culture Center of T.E.C.O. in New York was therefore established on March 29, 1986 in Flushing. Our service area covers four states: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut.
