About OCAC Nigeria Office The main work of the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) is to serve as a cultural, educational, economic, and informational exchange organization between R.O.C.(TAIWAN) and the overseas Taiwanese heritage communities. To strengthen service and connection with the overseas communities and individuals in the west African region, and to constantly provide various overseas information, OCAC has assigned an over-seas Secretary to the Taipei Trade Office in the Federal Republic of Nigeria. This secretary is responsible for overseas affairs in the west African area.

Given the popularity of the internet and its borderless capabilities, it has been widely used as the main conduit for information transmission. OCAC utilizes information technology and develops platforms for promoting, providing, and serving overseas communities with vari-ous support of culture, education, business, trading, student guidance, and certification services.
