From July 14 to August 8, the OCAC held the "2025 OCAC Language Study Program for Compatriot Youth–Global Program (Summer Class 2)" bringing together 93 young participants from around the world to Taiwan, with representatives from countries such as the Philippines, Canada, the United States, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Switzerland, Italy, Chile, and Costa Rica. In addition to professional Chinese language instruction, the program featured cultural courses such as calligraphy, traditional Chinese painting , martial arts, and folk arts, as well as cultural visits and local exchange activities, including a visit to Juang Jing Vocational High School, which further deepened participants' understanding and connection with Taiwan.
At the closing ceremony, students showcased their achievements in calligraphy, painting, martial arts, diabolo, and dough figurines. Representatives Luciana Lin and Audrey Tsai delivered speeches in Mandarin, expressing gratitude for the valuable learning and exchange opportunities.
The program not only enhanced participants' Mandarin proficiency but also created a global platform for overseas youth to strengthen bonds and build lasting ties with Taiwan.
