She emphasized that persistence and cross-disciplinary experience are vital to finding one's path, even if the direction isn't clear from the start.
This was followed by a creative session with musician Vicki Lovelee, part of a collaboration for the upcoming TaiwanFest. She discussed drawing inspiration from cultural identity and mental health, leading students through songwriting exercises based on keyword associations. Supported by Director Lan Po-ching of the Toronto Culture Center, the event empowered overseas youth to embrace their cultural heritage while exploring diverse career trajectories with confidence and creativity.
