The Toronto Chapter of the Formosa Association of Student Cultural Ambassadors (FASCA) held its executive election, officer handover, and 2nd graduation ceremony at the Culture Center of TECO in Toronto on June 7, drawing nearly 50 participants. During the event, Cinya Lin was elected as the 2026–2027 President, leading a newly formed team of vice presidents dedicated to event planning, fundraising, design, and social media promotion. Blue Lan, Director of the Toronto Culture Center, commended the graduates for their dedicated volunteer service and thanked the mentor team for fostering youth leaders with international perspectives. The warm and lively ceremony concluded with graduates receiving certificates and memory books, alongside heartfelt musical and dance performances by fellow members, marking a memorable milestone of learning, service, and youth leadership.
