The 2026 Taiwan Bubble Tea Festival, jointly organized by Taiwan Sister Cities (TSC) and Rockville Sister Cities Corporation (RSCC), will take place on Saturday, September 19, at Rockville Town Square.

With this year’s theme, “Steeping Joy for the USA’s 250th!”, the festival will celebrate Taiwan’s bubble tea culture while also marking the USA’s 250th anniversary. The event will feature Taiwanese food and snacks, music and cultural performances, and other activities showcasing Taiwan’s rich and diverse culture.

The festival will also offer limited-edition goodie bags (US$50 each), including two raffle tickets, a festival tote bag, T-shirt, Taiwanese Alishan tea bags, classic Taiwanese snacks including Prince Noodles and I-Mei Cookies, and popular Taiwanese drinks including black tea, grass jelly drink, Apple Sidra, and HeySong Sarsaparilla. Additional raffle tickets are available for US$10 each.
