📢 【IMPORTANT TOCFL NOTICE | Beware of Fake Websites and Certificates】

Several cases involving forged Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) certificates and score reports have recently been discovered. There have also been reports of fraudulent websites impersonating the official TOCFL registration system and the Ministry of Education’s digital certificate verification website.

Some individuals or agencies may charge high fees and claim that they can register for TOCFL on behalf of students or even “guarantee” a passing result.

⚠️ The Culture Center of T.E.C.O. in the Philippines reminds all students planning to study in Taiwan:

🔹 TOCFL registration and payment should be completed personally through the official system.

🔹 Do NOT entrust your registration to unknown individuals, agencies, or persons advertising through social media.

🔹 Be cautious of anyone claiming to “guarantee” that you will pass TOCFL.

🔹 Please verify the authenticity of TOCFL certificates and score reports when necessary.
