🎶 Do you love singing in Mandarin, Taiwanese Taigi, or Taiwanese Hakka? Don't miss this opportunity to showcase your talent on an international stage!
Hosted by the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture (MOC) and the Hakka Affairs Council (HAC), this competition encourages overseas compatriot school students, Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning (TCML) students, and overseas compatriot students studying in Taiwan to learn languages through music while experiencing Taiwan's rich linguistic and cultural diversity.
🎯 Eligibility – Overseas Compatriot Schools (Associations) Group
✅ Must be 12–24 years old as of October 9, 2026 (born between October 8, 2002, and October 9, 2014).
✅ Must be a student enrolled in an OCAC-registered/filed overseas compatriot school, or a student child of members of an affiliated overseas compatriot organization.
✅ Must hold (or have applied for) an i Compatriot Card (i僑卡).
❌ Holders of People's Republic of China (PRC) passports are not eligible.
❌ Professional singers under recording or artist management contracts are not eligible.
❌ Previous first-place winners may not participate again within three years.
