✨ The Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) provides tuition subsidies and high-quality vocational education to help overseas youth develop professional skills and enhance their future academic and career opportunities.
📌 Eligibility
✅ Completed at least Grade 11 (or equivalent) and meets the eligibility requirements for Overseas Compatriot Students under Taiwan regulations.
✅ Applicants must be 30 years old or younger (born on or after July 1, 1996).
※ Female applicants who have given birth may extend the age limit by 2 years per child, up to a maximum age of 35.
✅ Mandarin language proficiency of TOCFL Level A1 or above.
