👤 Eligibility:
• 18–25 years old (must have turned 18 and not yet 25 on June 14, 2026)
• Of good moral conduct and willing to comply with all program rules and regulations
• No serious medical conditions, mental health issues, or infectious diseases that may jeopardize participation

📝 Important Notes:
• Online sign up form required for ALL applicants; outside Metro Manila → coordinated through regional sub-chapters/liaisons
• Cebu Chapter applicants: waitlist + screening by Cebu officers; must complete form for info collection
• Valid passport (with 6 months validity, expiry after Dec 27, 2026) Not open to PROC, Hong Kong, or Macau passport holders
• 2 recent passport-size photos (white background) required
• Priority will be given to first-time applicants. In the case of siblings applying together, priority will be given to one applicant.
• Applicants must complete form truthfully and thoroughly. Submission does not guarantee acceptance. Information provided will be used for screening and interview scheduling.
• Parents or guardians applying on behalf of an applicant must provide the applicant’s own email address and mobile number, not the parent’s contact details.
