We warmly invite overseas communities to encourage children and youth to participate and share their creativity through art ✨🖌️
📌 Eligibility: Schoolchildren aged 3–15
📌 Artwork: Two-dimensional artworks only (watercolor, crayon, pencil, printmaking, etc.)
📌 One entry per participant
