If you have strong academic performance and good Mandarin proficiency, you may qualify for a NT$150,000 scholarship!

1️⃣ Eligibility

➤ Have applied for the 2026 (115 AY) 3+4 Industry–Academia Cooperation Program for Overseas Compatriot Students.
➤ Outstanding junior high academic record: average grade A / 88+, or top 5% of the class.
➤ Conduct grade 80+ (If no conduct grade is provided, other holistic performance indicators will be reviewed.)
➤ Mandarin proficiency — meet one of the following:

TOCFL A1 (excluding rapid screening test)

Passed the Mandarin proficiency written test administered by OCAC

2️⃣ Scholarship Quota & Amount

➤ Maximum quota: 80 students worldwide
➤ Award amount: NT$150,000 per student (one-time, non-renewable)
➤ The Philippines will recommend candidates to OCAC based on the proportion of admitted students; final approval is made by OCAC.
