On November 17, 2018, Camara Comercial Juvenil de Taiwan en Argentina held the “Taking My Photographic style” photography lecture with acclaimed photographer Leandro Cheng as speaker. The event was attended by more than 70 representatives of overseas compatriot groups and schools and young overseas compatriots.
Leandro Cheng received the prestigious Sobresaliente Artista de Federación Argentina de Fotografía (Argentinian Federation of Photographers Outstanding Photographer) award in 2009 and has won numerous awards. During the lecture, he shared anecdotes on various attractions in Central and South America, customs and conditions and culture from his travels as a photographer and pointed out that it is necessary to inform villagers in advance when taking photographs of village life to show respect.
The organizing unit Camara Comercial Juvenil de Taiwan en Argentina thanked Mr. Cheng for sharing his precious experiences, for the lively lecture contents and the splendid photographs that allowed everyone in attendance to see the true beauty of central and South America; the vivid descriptions he provided took members in his footsteps on a magical tour of the countries of Central and South America. The happy atmosphere of the lecture brought the members closer together
