The completion ceremony for the 2019 OCAC Overseas Compatriot Student Leaders’ Seminar was held on October 25th and hosted by Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) Vice Minister Roy Yuan-rong Leu. He presented completion certificates to all participants on behalf of Minister Wu hsin-hsing, encouraging them to make good use of what they learned in the seminar, fulfill themselves, improve professional abilities, and provide fellow schoolmates with better service.
