The Delegation of Political and Business Elite Chinese Women in the USA came to Taiwan from November 26th to December 1st.
The members of the delegation are outstanding women in the US public service, business and overseas Chinese communities. Most of them are Taiwan immigrants or the second generation of Chinese (Taiwanese) Americans born in the United States. They have close ties with Ministry Foreign Affairs's overseas embassies and assist in the promotion of diplomatic and overseas community affairs.
By visiting government ministries and cultural visits, the delegation will promote cultural exchanges between Taiwan and the United States, enhance the latest developments in Taiwan's political, economic, social and technological fields, and experience the current situation in Taiwan and gather more firm support.
