The OCAC hosted "The 2018 Overseas Young Professionals Program" from September 17 to September 22, 2018 with an aim to encourage overseas youths to participate in overseas Taiwanese community activities as well as to enhance their understanding of interior affairs and political and economic development of Taiwan.

The program participants not only visited the Office of the President, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the OCAC, but had the opportunity to have an insight into artificial intelligence, the niches of investment in Taiwan and the innovative industries in Taiwan by interacting with the experienced lecturers from the government and startups. Meanwhile, this program serves as a platform for these 29 outstanding and successful professionals to exchange ideas about participation in overseas Taiwanese communities.

It is expected that after the program, these young professionals can share what they have learned with other overseas youths and make further contributions to our government in the future!
