The OCAC introduces selection process and requirements to substitute services draftees

To encourage more draftees to participate in overseas compatriot school services, Section Chief Lee Wei-nung of the Department of Education Affairs of the Overseas Community Affairs Council (OCAC) and retired draftee Chang Hung-kai from the Philippines headed to Chenggong Ling military camp to speak with over 400 substitute services draftees about the OCAC's selection process and skill requirements. Lee encouraged draftees to apply for the overseas compatriot school services.
