On March 23, the Overseas Community Affairs Council held a northern region
overseas compatriots spring networking event at Soochow University. With participation of  more than 1,800 teachers and overseas compatriot students from 80 schools. Minister Wu Hsin-hsing and Legislator Lin Li- chan attended the meeting. Minister Wu hoped thatduring the activity overseas compatriot students would experience mutual growth through amicable exchanges.
